• Invocation of SEOURLLoader impacts heap and database
  performance.
  
  The SEOURLLoader command is used by the seourlkeywordgen utility
   and during actions such as store publish.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce version 7.0 users who use the
  seourlkeywordgen utility or have SEO enabled during store
  publish.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  SEOURLLoader does not use DB caching and does not commit as
  required
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Performance impact caused by increased JVM Heap usage and DB
  locking

Problem conclusion

• Updated SEO implementation for increased DB caching and reduced
  JVM heap footprint
  
  This iFix implements following fixes:
  
  - Use single PreparedStatement object for each table
  - Invoke commits at appropriate times, instead of avoiding them
  in case of failure to prevent excessive locking on DB
