APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• WidgetImportTag forms a URL to include a widget on the page -
  and all the widget properties are included as name-value pairs
  on the URL.
  
  If the widget property values have special characters, this will
   break the URL if the property value is not encoded.
  
  We had fixed this for certain properties (like emsName). but did
   not encode all properties to avoid performance overhead.
  
  However, since we do not know what customizations are doing, we
  need to
  encode all widget property values.

  Store front pages will not be displayed properly. Instead

  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Encode the widget properties set for the URL tag before
  importing the URL.
