PROBLEM ABSTRACT: When PARMTYPE is set to 1, calculates percentage shipping adjustment, instead of calculating fixed adjustment. BUSINESS IMPACT: The adjustment needs to have a fixed value. Impacting ability to set up specific promotions.
Problem conclusion
