JR51412: To enable FEP7 customer preview a future contract and to assign a catalog filter to a membergroup

APAR status

Error description

• This fix contains two part: 1. Preview a future data contract 2.
  Membergroup on tc level participant
  

Local fix

• Two problem:
  1. Preview, will call remote BCS to get eligible contract.
  2. TC level participant, will check whether the user or the
  user's org belongs to the specified membergroup. If yes, the
  user could use the catalog filter, otherwise, it could not use
  the catlaog fitler.
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  FEP7 search server and with entitlement is enabled.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  To enable FEP7 customer preview a future contract and to assign
  a catalog filter to a membergroup
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Without this fix, FEP7 customer could not preview a future
  contract, could not use assign catalog filter to specified
  member group.
  

Problem conclusion

• For preview, it will call remote BCS no matter local
  authentication is enabled or not.
  For non-preview, local authentication will authenticate user
  locally, remote authentication will authenticate runAsID
  remotely. But in the two scenario for non-preview, contract will
  be retrieved locally.
