When trying to preview from CMC and passing contractId, the rest call to solr will fail because solr is unable to find contractId

Problem summary
USERS AFFECTED: Users with FEP7 and preview. PROBLEM ABSTRACT: B2B preview error when checkEntitlement is enabled. BUSINESS IMPACT: Unable to preview to validate changes.
Problem conclusion
