Error description

• When a user enables editing two languages in CMC, catalog entry
  descriptive attribute values become blank. There may also be
  existing attribute rows duplicated. Saving values for the second
   language may fail.
  
  This issue is limited to catalog entry attribute value display
  and editing and only occurs when editing more than one language.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  CMC business users on FEP6 that are working in a store with more
  than one language.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  When enabling two languages, catalog entry descriptive attribute
  values fail to properly save.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  CMC business user is not able to save attribute for other
  languages.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Unneeded service parameters were removed and the URL mapping was
   changed to use the child object property name. The jsp code was
   changed to make it more robust to tolerate cases were a value
  was returned for only one language.
  
  A consequence of this fix is that the UI no longer enforces that
  2nd language values be entered. This allows the user to save a
  default language value and leave the second language empty.
  There will be an error message displayed indicating the missing
  value, but the default value will be saved.
