Error description

• When an administrator searches for organizations in the OrgAdmin
  console, this is done based on the current user's roles and it
  can take an extended period of time due to the number of roles
  in MemberSearch.xml

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
   WebSphere Commerce v7.0 administrators whom are experiencing
  slow organization searches in the OrgAdmin console.
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   Improve performance of organization search in OrgAdmin console
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   Slow response time. Unable to update attributes for existing
  organizations (approvals, roles, policies, etc)

Problem conclusion

• With the iFix associated to this APAR installed, in
  MemberSearch.xml, query 2 under <organizationSearch><query
  name="getWhereClauseAllUsersInOrgsICanManage" > and under
  <userSearch><query name="getWhereClauseAllUsersInOrgsICanManage"
   > can be commented out:

   Restart server after applying the changes. This will improve
