• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A store page includes an e-Marketing Spot with a name that is
  currently not defined in Management Center. An existing
  e-Marketing Spot is renamed to have the name specified by the
  store page. When viewing the store page, the e-Marketing Spot is
   empty, and does not display any recommendations associated with
   the e-Marketing Spot.
  

Local fix

• Create a new e-Marketing Spot instead of renaming an existing
  e-Marketing Spot
