happens to land on these entries,  a NullPointerException will
be thrown.

Problem conclusion


    

  • Allow subcore to have different index size from the base core.
If there are missing entries in the subcore and the search hit
happens to land on these entries,  a NullPointerException will
be thrown and this fix is to correct this behavor.
