Error description

• Steps:
  
   1) Ship order items partially (two items, ship one by one).
   2) Return items in reverse sequence.
  
  Observed Results: When return is reversed, during the refund of
  second item InvalidDataException occurs "The parameter amount
  should be  <= 57.75000, but it is 257.25000".
  
  ARefundTaskCmdImpl.mapRuleToBackendForDependentCredit() sets
  wrong amount into the refund actions. In this case with two
  items, it should compose two refund actions:  the first action
  has amount 57.75000 with payment 77003 , the second action has
  amount 199.50000 with payment 77004.
   But now it set the first action amount to be 257.25000 with
  payment 77003, and then it thinks there is no remaining amount
  to be handled, so that it didn't compose the second action. This
  is why it finally get the error " The parameter amount should be
  <= 57.75000, but it is 257.25000."
