Error description

• Occasionally, the registry, SearchConfigurationRegistry, was not
  reloaded properly after Refresh Registry job is run.
  

Local fix

• The server must be restarted when this problem happened.
  SearchConfigurationRegistry may be avoided

   Problem of loading store pages after Refresh Registry job run

   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   The site may not be able to serve requests before restarting
  the WC server.

Problem conclusion

• This APAR will help eliminate the intermittent problem of
  reloading the SearchConfigurationRegistry at runtime. The
  business logic related to search server has been modified. Under
   this fix, only the search profile information will be
  refreshed.
