  Preview on the Authoring Server when NIST SP 800-131A enabled
  in strict mode.

• USERS AFFECTED:
   WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 who have enabled NIST SP
  800-131A on the Authoring Server.
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   SocketTimeoutException occurring during WebSphere Commerce
  Store Preview when NIST SP 800-131A enabled
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   Store Preview cannot be run

Problem conclusion

• For systems that already have WebSphere Commerce 7 Feature Pack
  7 Foundation feature enabled, follow the following steps to
  disable the transports associated with WC_defaulthost_secure in
  the Search WAS Administration console (so that communication
  between the Search web server and Search application server will
   over non-SSL):
  
   1.  Login to the Search server's WAS Administration console
   2.  Go to the application server > ports screen
   3.  Click on the "View associated transports" option on the
  WC_defaulthost_secure transports
   4.  Select each Transport chain and uncheck the "Enabled"
  option. This should set each to Disabled. Make sure to save the
  updates.
   5.  Go to servers, Web servers, select search server
   6.  Click button "Generate Plug-in", wait until plugin_cfg.xml
  regenerated
   7.  Click button "Propagate Plug-in", then plugin_cfg.xml will
  be propagated
  
   For systems that did not enable WebSphere Commerce 7 Feature
  Pack 7 yet, apply the iFix associated to this APAR
