JR50307: Web feed utility with URL attachments causes management center to not display the marketing content path correctly

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using the web feed utility to load URL attachments, the
  attachment is not loaded correctly into the ATCHAST table.  The
  MIMETYPE was being populated and for URL attachments MIMETYPE
  should not be.   This caused the management center to not
  display the attachment path correctly when viewing an associated
   attachment in marketing content.

Local fix

• In the Atom.xml file when the content type=html is changed to an
   absolute URL the content path is visible in marketing content
  in the management center.

Problem conclusion

• The web feed utility and corresponding dataload mediator for
  loading attachments was corrected to ensure that for URL
  attachments, a MIMETYPE is never populated in the ATCHAST table.
