Error description

  • Maximizing the coach iFrame to full-screen mode and then
    proceeding to complete task, after which if the same Human
    Service is launched again it will open in full-screen mode.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Exiting human service in full-screen mode did not set the
    full-screen mode flag back to false, which resulted in new human
     services defaulting to full-screen mode.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 is available that fixes human
    services opening in full-screen mode by making sure that the
    full-screen flag is set to false on exit.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR50232:
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50232, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
