Error description

• When a variable is specified for the Label property of the
  Checkbox control, and this variable value is updated at run
  time, the label does not display the updated text.

Local fix

• Copy the Checkbox control from the coach toolkit to a process
  app or toolkit. Locate the following line in Behavior > Event
  handlers and change
  
    var labelElement =
    this.context.element.getElementsByTagName("label")[0];
  
  to
  
    var labelElement =
    this.context.element.querySelector("label.text.controlLabel");

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.0.1.2 that allows a label to
  be set on a Checkbox stock control when a variable is specified
  for the Label property
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for  JR50204:
  
      1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
  from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
      2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50204, and click Continue.
  
  A fix is also available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1. This fix is
  included in coaches cumulative fix JR51548. To obtain, follow
  the instructions above, substituting the APAR id with JR51548.
