Error description

• Numeric literals may have been output with separator(s) to
  denote digit-grouping when the -script_file option is used.  The
   presence of these digit groupings may lead to syntax errors
  during invocation of the script with a database's SQL
  interpreter.

• USERS AFFECTED:
   WebSphere Commerce uses on v7.0 who use the StagingCopy utility
  with the -script_file option
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   Numeric literals generated with -script_file option of
  StagingCopy contain digit groupings and cannot be processed
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   Invocation of SQL in file generated by the -script_file option
  of the StagingCopy utility may not complete successfully

Problem conclusion

• Updated the StagingCopy utility to prevent output of separators
  for digit-groupings in numeric literals when the -script_file
  option is used
