Error description

• When running Aurora store performance testing with caching
  disabled, there are some duplicate service calls observed:
   - duplicate OnlineStore service calls
   - duplicate Category REST service calls

   FEP 7 Aurora store performance has degraded from FEP 6

   Slightly performance degradation when caching is disabled

Problem conclusion

• Created some new HashMaps to hold OnlineStore and Category
  responses so that JSP fragments and Widgets can re-use it.
