Problem conclusion

• The DynaCacheInvalidation scheduler job has been modified to
  accept a new scheduler job parameter:
   delayBaseCacheInvalidationMilliseconds- specifies the number of
  milliseconds to delay sending an invalidation id to the
  baseCache servlet cache instance.  Specify a number greater than
  zero to allow time for object cache instance invalidation ids to
  be processed before baseCache servlet cache invalidation ids are
  processed.
  
   Use the WebSphere Commerce Site Administration Console to add
  this new parameter to the DynaCacheInvalidation scheduler job,
  by appending a string like this to the Job parameters field:
  
   &delayBaseCacheInvalidationMilliseconds=100
