Error description

• By default, the Search server checks at most once every 30
  seconds to see if new rows have been added to the CACHEIVL
  table.  If it finds unprocessed rows, it spends up to 1 second
  processing them.  Any rows it cannot process in that time are
  left unprocessed until the next time it checks.  When there are
  many unprocessed rows, it can take a long time to finish
  processing them at that rate.

   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   Slow Search server cache invalidation.
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   When many rows are added to the CACHEIVL table, the Search
  server may return stale results for a longer period of time than
  is necessary.
  
   RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Search cache invalidation processing logic was changed to
  continue processing CACHEIVL rows on each request until all rows
   have been processed.  The default wait of 30 seconds will not
  take place unless there are no remaining unprocessed rows.
