• During the Propagation stage of the StagingProp utility, if a
  DELETE RESTRICT foreign-key relationship is violated, the
  utility will output an appropriate diagnostic for problem
  determination purposes.
  
   The content of the diagnostic will look similar to this:
   <warning> Propagation failed due to an ON DELETE RESTRICT
  violation
