Error description

• If a search term association is created in Management Center
  using replacement, replacing search term "car" with "truck" will
   result in a search for "car" returning results for both "car"
  and "truck". However, a search for "truck" will incorrectly
  return results for both "truck" and "car".

Problem conclusion

• For "Also Search For", change the code for only one direction,
