Error description

• Using OrderItemDisplayCmd to check item inventory and only first
  out of stock item id is returned which suppose to return all
  out of stock items

Problem conclusion

• DoInventoryActionCmdImpl should catch the exceptions of failing
  inventory check for each order items and put them together for
  return, should not throw the first exception caught.
