Error description

• From Process Portal, user executes one activity then clicks on
  "Experts" Tab. The "Organize Tabs" icon loses its content and
  the name of one of the "experts" listed in the experts tab is
  displayed instead.

Problem summary

• In IBM Process Portal, when you run an activity and then click
  the Experts tab, the Organize Tabs icon on the Process Portal
  header loses its content and the names of the experts who are
  listed in the Experts tab are displayed instead. This issue
  occurs because an undefined node was being used to perform the
  update, which caused the Organize Tabs icon to contain data that
   was not intended for it.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 is available that, when applied,
  ensures that the Process Portal header content is updated
  correctly.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR49658:
   1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
  the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
   2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR49658, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
