JR49630: Filtering search rule with no inventory search rule created using MC it does not reflect the actions

Error description

• Currently  look up is only on current store id and resolves its
  fulfilment center and construct the column name being
  inv_strlocqty_storeId_ffmcenterId
  

Local fix

• Disable any Search Rules with inventory condition
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce users on FEP6 and above who are utilizing the
  inventory index with non-ATP inventory model, and do enable
  inventory sharing
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Filtering search rule with no inventory search rule created
  using MC it does not reflect the actions
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  When enabling search rules with inventory condition, no products
  will be returned in the search results
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• When constructing the inventory search condition, the current
  store related asset store is used when inventory sharing
  configuration flag is set in the wc-component.xml instead of the
   current store itself. Then the resolved related asset store
  will be used to find its default  FFMCENTER_ID center under the
  STORE table
