When you use the Quick Search feature or the sorting feature for saved searches in IBM Process Portal, and then go to the second page of the saved search results, the columns are reset to the default format and the previously saved search is displayed. Problem summary
The Quick Search and sorting problems are caused by a browser cookie for the last saved search that you accessed. When you go to the second page of the saved search results, you are redirected to the saved search that is related to that cookie instead of the current saved search.
Problem conclusion
Fixes are available for IBM BPM V7.5.1.1 and V7.5.1.2 that remove the cookie for the Quick Search action and the Sort action so that Process Portal can direct you to the current saved search instead of the previously saved search. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR49440: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR49440, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
