Error description

• When integrating WebSphere Commerce with Sterling Visual Modeler
  using Extended Sites, WebSphere Commerce returns product
  details (product name, description, etc.) from the Catalog Asset
   Store instead of from the specified hosted store and locale.

  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Sterling Visual Modeler displays product details from the
  Catalog Asset Store instead of from the hosted store
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  WebSphere Commerce business users are not able to effectively
  create models specific to a particular hosted store
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• With this fix, WebSphere Commerce uses the hosted store's
  storeId (passed into Visual Modeler) when invoking the catalog
  service such that the proper product information is retrieved.
  If product information specific to the hosted store is not
  found, the product data is retrieved from the Catalog Asset
