Error description

• When integrating WebSphere Commerce with Sterling Configurator,
  all products are displayed when launching Configurator from
  Management Center irrespective of users' contract entitlements.
   For example, guest users might not be entitled to view or buy a
  specific product yet these products are still displayed in
  Configurator.

• USERS AFFECTED:
   WebSphere Commerces users on v7.0 who use Sterling Configurator
  to define Dynamic Kits
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   All products are displayed in when launching Configurator from
  Management Center irrespective of entitlement
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   When configuring a Dynamic Kit, the Configurator page may not
  accurately reflect the products users are entitled to.
  
   RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• With this fix, the GetCatalogNavigationView service is invoked
  to obtain the proper catalog entitlement data such that products
   which should not be displayed are not shown to the business
  user.
