JR48878: "BAD SQL GRAMMAR" WHEN UPGRADING TO BPM 8.0.1.2 WITH DB2 9.5

Error description

• If you upgrade to BPM 8.0.1.2 or install IFix JR46470 on top of
  BPM 8.0.1.1 while using DB2 9.5, a DB2 error "bad SQL grammar" /
  "SQLCODE=-104, SQLSTATE=42601" will prevent the system from
  working correctly.

Problem summary

• Upgrading to BPM 8.0.1.2 with DB2 9.5 leads to "BAD SQL GRAMMAR"
  error in SystemOut.log
  
  PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
  In BPM 8.0.1.2, some queries were restructured. Especially, the
  query that retrieves alive Event Managers is now done with the
  'WITH UR' clause to reduce locking behavior.  Unfortunatly,
  this query is used as a sub query, and 'WITH UR' in sub queries
  is not supported by DB2 9.5.
  

Problem conclusion

• This IFix introduces code changes that determine whether DB2 9.5
  is in use, and if so, the code strips the 'WITH UR' clause from
  the sub query that retrieves the alive Event Managers.
