  • Help links in the Process Center console are not working. When
    a user clicks on any help link, nothing happens. The help page
    does not open in the browser and no error is displayed.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users are unable to access IBM BPM      *
    *                      online help from within Process         *
    *                      Center.                                 *

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

    Users might experience problems while trying to access online
    help from within Process Center or other IBM BPM components
    such as Process Portal or Process Admin Console.  This is due
    to an issue with the files installed with the product that are
    required by online help.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This APAR provides corrected versions of the files that are
    required by online help.
    
    FIX AVAILABILITY:
    A fix for IBM BPM V8500 is available on Fix Central:
    http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral
    After you select the product group, product, installed
    version, and platform, click Continue and then select APAR or
    SPR, enter JR48590, and click Continue.
    
    When downloading fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
