Error description
After a promotion is approved and in the base schema, de-activating, re-activating and re-approving the promotion may cause entries from the PX_CDPOOL table to be removed.

USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Commerce V7 users who create and update promotions with promotion codes in workspaces. PROBLEM ABSTRACT: Entries from table PX_CDPOOL being deleted when a promotion is de-activated and activated under a task. BUSINESS IMPACT: Users may need to re-create promotions that have had their codes removed. RECOMMENDATION:
Problem conclusion
