Error description

• When a business user opens an object (for example a product in
  catalog tool), and clicks "Save" immediately after the
  properties view is opened or after the object is reloaded, the
  object's language specific data is cleared in the database.

• The create service has been changed to ignore implicitly created
   objects if they do not contain any explicit changes by the
  user.
