Error description

• When using the PromotionalPriceDataBean to calculate the lowest
  available price for an item, it does not take promotions with
  public promotion codes into consideration.  As a result a lower
  price than what's listed at the store front may be available but
   it is not shown to the customer.

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce users who are using the
  PromotionalPriceDataBean to calculate/display promotion prices
  to users, and use public, non-unique promotion codes.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  PromotionalPriceDataBean does not take promotion codes into
  consideration
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Lowest available promotion price may not be calculated and
  displayed to the customer at the store front.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• A boolean flag has been introduced to the
  PromotionalPriceDataBean class which will include additional
  promotions with promotion codes for evaluation.  By default the
  flag is set to false.  If one would wish to consider promotion
  with promotion codes, the flag must be set to "true" by invoking
   the method "setIncludePublicCodePromotions" in the
  PromotionalPriceDataBean class prior to calling the "populate"
  method.  Please note that only promotions with public codes
  (i.e. not unique) are considered in its evaluation.
