Error description

• When using SitemapGenerate to create a sitemap with SEO URLs,
  some special characters are not handled correctly.  SEO URLs
  that contain the '<' and '>' characters are still included and
  the characters are not encoded.  They should be encoded as
  specified here: http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html.
  
   Here are the character conversions:
  
   Greater Than  >  &gt;
   Less Than      <  &lt;
  

Local fix

• Do not use these characters, or add them to the invalidString
  and fixedString lists in the infrastructure wc-admin-component
  file to escape these characters with other SEO utilities.
