Error description

• Sometimes Table does not show the first item added in a browser.
  The problem occurs after an item is added to an initially empty
  Table in the broswer, and that item is later removed from the
  Table's binding list via a server script or the Table's binding
  list is replaced with an empty list via a server script.

  First row added to Table control is not shown properly after its
  binding list is emptied with server script (i.e. via boundary
  event).
  
  USER AFFECTED:
  Business Process Manager Advanced, Standard and Express using
  new Coaches
  
  PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
  When the binding list is changed a new data source is created
  for the underlying dojox.grid.EnhancedGrid to use. During this
  processing, the "lastAddedId" is not reset causing the rest of
  the logic that handles updating and rendering of the Table's
  content to fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• When the binding list is changed a new data source is created
  for the underlying dojox.grid.EnhancedGrid to use. During this
  processing, the "lastAddedId" is not reset causing the rest of
  the logic that handles updating and rendering of the Table's
  content to fail. We have now reset the "lastAddedId" during the
  creation of the new data source and the Table now functions
  correctly.
