Error description

• When the Sales Center is used to search for customers, several
  queries are made to the MBRATTR and MBRATTRVAL tables.  The
  queries should be cached to improve performance.

Problem conclusion

• The data cache is enhanced to provide a new logical cache named
  com.ibm.commerce.member.dataobjects.MemberAttributesDO which by
  default is cached in the WCUserDistributedMapCache object cache
  if it exists.
