Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Configure order approval flow
   2. Place an order which meets the approval limit
   3. Before and after approving the order, the Purchase order
  number is not populated in Organization Admin Console even
  though the number exists in the BUYERPO table (PONUMBER Column)
