Error description

• When rebuilding the WebSphere Commerce Management Center
  (LOBTools) the following exception may thrown by the OpenLaszlo
  compiler:

   Note that rebuilding the WebSphere Commerce Management Center
  may occur outside of the development environment.  For example,
  installing an iFix may require rebuilding Mangement Center,
  running a WCBD build may also require rebuilding, etc...

• USERS AFFECTED:
   Occurs intermittently for WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 who
  are running tasks that recompile the LOBTools.war module.
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   Intermittent Lexical error while compiling LOBTools
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   LOBTools.war cannot be recompiled

Problem conclusion

• The version of OpenLaszlo used by WebSphere Commerce was
  upgraded to v4.8.0.3.
