  PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
  The help text provided for the Table and controls within the
  table columns is not propagated to the underlying Table control
  and column headings.

• The help text is now set on the underlying Table control and
  column headings.
  
  FIX AVAILABILITY:
  Fix for 8.0.1 is avaialable as part of cumulative Coaches
  toolkit fix for APAR JR47156. More info at

  When downloading interim fixes, ensure that the complimentary
