Error description

• The list of facets that display for a category is incomplete for
  a category with category-level SKUs that have facetable
  attributes. Category-level SKU facetable attributes do not
  display as facets for a category after a user selects to "Show
  facet in search results". This problem is applicable only to
  non-ATP stores.

   Users on Feature Pack 5 that have a non-ATP store and are using
  category-level SKUs with facetable attributes.
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   Facets do not display correctly in Management Center for

   Users are unable to display and configure facets at the
  category level within Management Center for non-ATP stores.
