Error description
After running the StagingProp utility, files that are 0 bytes in size, with extension .log.lck are left in the logs directory. These temporary files should have been automatically deleted after StagingProp completed execution.
Local fix
Since the files with .log.lck extension were meant to be temporary, they can be deleted after StagingProp execution finishes

Problem conclusion
