Error description

• When there are multiple languages enabled, the UpdateSeachIndex
  call it one by one when it could have performed all configured
  languages at the same time.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
   When a user want to enable the multi-thread preprocess function
  in UpdateSearchIndex.
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   Allow multi-thread index pre-processing in UpdateSearchIndex
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   Without this APAR, the user could not enable multi-thread
  preprocess function in UpdateSearchIndex.
  
   RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• UpdateSearchIndex scheduler job calls to all language specific
  cores that belongs to the same master catalog at the same time,
  controlled by a new multi-thread configuration option for the
  pre-processor.   The default behavior is not to perform
  multi-thread pre-processing.
