   WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 FEP5 who use SBS integration
  and wants to override way of parsing tax result.
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   Improve code extensibility of SterlingOMSAPIHelper
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   WebSphere Commerce users cannot parse tax result correctly if
  the tax result format changed in OMS.
  
   RECOMMENDATION:

   Changed the method signature from "private static" to
  "protected" so that it can be override.
