Error description

• After a WCBD build file is copied and uncompressed on the server
  deployment system, file permissions must be set so that certain
   files may be executed.
   The WCBD build and deploy process cannot be fully automated
  because the file permissions must be manually changed.

  does not allow the deployment to run on a non-Windows platform.
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   Unable to use WCBD's centralized deployment option on a
  non-Windows system.
