APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Users are unable to add catentries to a sales catalog using
Accelerator. The "Add to Target" button is greyed out.

Similar problems also found in the Sales Catalog tooling.

Local fix

  • Use functions provided in Commerce Management Center to
accomplish the same task

Problem summary

  • Users of BOMaps with custom transforms where the type of an
object is being casted to another type , may get a null pointer
exception when building.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix was provided to  place the newly created resouce into a
resource set before attempting to set its annotation.
