• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When two promotions exist with different effective date ranges,
  the details of the promotions may become interchanged on the
  storefront when the cart is re-evaluated after applying the
  promotion code again during the later date range.
  
   If the promotion code is entered on the storefront during the
  effective date range for the first promotion, then the cart is
  left idle, re-entering the same promotion code during the second
  promotion's effective date range may show the first promotion's
  expired description along with the details of the second
  promotion.
