Error description

  • Sending escalation email to multiple locales fail with
    assertion violation
    .
The human task manager sends out one E-Mail for all receipients
having the same locale. If an escalation is specified to send
E-Mails and the designated receipients have different locales,
    and assertion violation may occur:
    -------------------------- Assertion Failure -------------------
Assertion violation !(Only one instance of each SavedTaskMessage
kind is allowed. Cancel the previous msg before creating a new
    one!) in method >>
    com.ibm.task.core.message.MessageController.create(MessageContro
    ller.java:527) <<

Problem summary

  • Problem Description:
Sending escalation E-Mmail to multiple locales fail with
    assertion violation.

    Problem Summary:
The human task manager sends out one E-Mail for all receipients
having the same locale. If an escalation is
specified to send E-Mails and the designated receipients have
different locales, an assertion violation may
    occure:
     -------------------------- Assertion Failure
    ----------------------------
Assertion violation !(Only one instance of each SavedTaskMessage
kind is allowed. Cancel the previous msg before
creating a new one!) in method >>
    com.ibm.task.core.message.MessageController.create(MessageContro
    ller.java:527) <<
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    ---------

    Problem Conclusion:
This interim fix will enable sending E-Mails to multiple locales
in parallel. In the meantime, to workaround the
issue, make sure your escalation E-Mail's receipients all share
    the same locale.
