Error description

  • When a user attempts to view the Error Queue in the Performance
    Admin Console, a NullPointerException may occur; a stack trace
    similar to the following is displayed:

    Data Warehouse and Process Server are in separate clusters.

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

    The NullPointerException is caused by user locale information
    not being available in the cluster where Performance Data
    Warehouse is deployed.
    This issue will be fixed in future maintenance releases of
    Business Process Manager Versions 7.5.1 and 8.0.1.
