• Unable to run istool ODBAdmin purgedb command with -authfile
  option which contains encrypted/plain text password because of
  "Username and/or password is null" error

Problem conclusion

• This change extends the functionality of istool ODBAdmin
  commands, purgedb and countdb by adding the authfile support.
  
  For example:
  
  istool ODBAdmin countdb -domain D -authfile af.txt -server S
         -all
  istool ODBAdmin purgedb -domain D -authfile af.txt -runs
         -engine E -project P ?upto 1 -days
  
  The authfile should contain the encrypted or clear text values
  for user and password as name value pairs as shown below
  
  user=<USERNAME>
  password=<PASSWORD>
