Error description

• A Shopper applies a coupon to an order and submits the order.
  Then when CSR edits the order from accelerator and clicks the
  'Adjustment' or 'Payment' tab, the order amounts become
  incorrect because the coupon becomes disqualified and hence is
  not applied.
