Error description

• Clients that have integrated Sterling Configurator 9.2 with
  WebSphere Commerce Feature Pack 5, see error "Mandatory
  Parameters for the Operation are missing" while browsing models.
  The exception originates in the method called
  getModelGroupsAndModels.

Problem conclusion

• The WebSphere Commerce code was updated to correctly parse the
  Sterling version information (getApplicationVersionDetail  API)
  to use the correct version of the getModelGroupsAndModels method
  and eliminate the
